A Classic Golden

Milo is the absolute sweetest boy, a classic golden retriever with a heart of gold (and a nose for treats!). He’s the kind of pup who brings a smile to your face with his goofy charm. Milo has a hilarious obsession with socks, scrunchies, and toys, but his most endearing (and entertaining) habit is shredding paper! Holidays and birthdays are Milo’s absolute favorite because it means one thing: tissue paper galore. Christmas, in particular, is his personal paradise. Milo’s mom Kashi even shared a festive photo of him happily assisting with the gift wrapping.

Fur-ever Home
Milo’s journey is as special as he is. He came into his family’s life through Golden Bond Rescue, a wonderful organization dedicated to golden retrievers and labs. Milo traveled all the way from South Korea, spent a couple of weeks settling in with a foster family in Bend, Oregon, and then made his way home. Kashi encourages anyone interested to consider fostering through GBR, as they’re always in need of foster homes for amazing dogs just like Milo!

Treats, Treats, and More Treats!
If there’s one thing Milo loves more than anything (besides his family), it’s treats! His mom says she’s never met a dog with such a love for food, and Milo has never met a treat he didn’t like… well, except for celery (and honestly, we get it, Milo).

Sunshine and Good Vibes
His family shared how much they appreciate the care and attention Milo receives with Rex and Roxy. As a pup who is leash reactive around other dogs, it was important to find a team that would set Milo up for success, and we’re so glad to be that team for him!
Milo especially loves soaking up the sun, sniffing around, and getting his steps in with our team. Plus, our easy-to-use booking platform, detailed updates, and post-walk report cards have made life a little easier for his busy family.

Filling a Much Needed Gap
When she’s not shredding paper and avoiding celery with Milo, Kashi is doing incredible work in the community. She works in pediatric mental health and has been instrumental in building services that support youth and families. She was part of the team that helped launch the Seattle Children’s Psychiatric Urgent Care Clinic, a much-needed service offering same-day mental health support for kids and teens in our community. We are so inspired by her dedication and heart.
